This cadre brings together English learner teachers from across the region for both in-person and virtual meetings throughout the year. Through collaboration, shared learning, and relationship-building, members strengthen connections within the ESL teaching community while expanding their collective capacity to support multilingual learners and their families. By learning from one another and working across districts, the cadre helps create more consistent, responsive, and meaningful support for ELs throughout the region.
