The Hamilton County ESC Office of Human Resources provides leadership and support to employees in all areas of human resources including benefits management, policies, practices, and procedures. We are responsible for hiring staff, employee training, staff events, workers compensation claims, local, state, and federal reporting, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with federal/state laws. We strive to provide high-quality service to all employees and customers.
