Master essential skills in early numeracy, such as counting, place value, addition, subtraction, as well as mathematical fluency. Participants will engage in activities aimed at enriching their knowledge while also exploring effective strategies to support students in their learning journey.

Engage in conversations and activities designed to emphasize the important role Early Numeracy plays in a child’s mathematical success. During this time, we will work to define what early numeracy is, the importance it plays in the future success of our students and experience some activities with concepts that set the foundations students need with numeracy.

Develop the content knowledge needed to support mastery in students with essential skills in early numeracy, such as counting, place value, addition, subtraction, as well as mathematical fluency.
