Instructional Council
HCESC Instructional Council meets almost every month during the school year with a focus on teaching and learning. We assist leaders in creating the schools or their dreams by cultivating an environment filled with opportunities, inspiration, connection, and curiosity.

Instructional Technology Coaching
Empowering Educators Through Meaningful Technology Integration
Effective technology use begins with strong instructional practices. HCESC’s Instructional Technology Coaching helps educators confidently integrate technology into teaching and learning in ways that enhance student engagement, collaboration, creativity, and achievement.
Our coaches partner with teachers, instructional leaders, and administrators to support the thoughtful use of technology in the classroom. Through coaching, modeling, collaboration, and professional learning, we help educators explore strategies that strengthen instruction and create impactful learning experiences for students.
We facilitate conversations around instructional innovation, assessment practices, digital learning environments, and technology-enabled teaching strategies. Our team can assist in developing resources, building staff capacity, and supporting district initiatives aligned to instructional goals.
Our Approach
We believe sustainable growth happens when educators learn, practice, and lead alongside one another. Our coaching model is designed to build local capacity, strengthen instructional practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As confidence and expertise grow within a school or district, teams become increasingly self-sufficient in supporting meaningful technology integration.
