Participate in the Fifth Annual Learner-Driven Cohort
An opportunity to explore learner-driven practices in real classrooms!
Originally a state grant-funded project, this initiative has evolved into a regional cohort that emphasizes voice, choice, and learner agency.
This regional cohort will meet for FIVE full-day sessions to learn about the Ohio Personalized Learning Framework components and indicators through networking and choice. Teams will be asked to create goals and set action plans to enact between the sessions.
Cohort Meeting Dates
- September 15, 2026
- October 27, 2026
- December 1, 2026
- February 23, 2027
- March 18, 2027
Who Should Join?
District or building-level teams that want to embrace change and experiment with new practices that prioritize learners and build more meaningful, relevant educational experiences.
The success of teams in the previous cohorts was in part due to building leadership being a member of the team. It is suggested that a district or building leader attend with the team. Teams of 5-7 are ideal.
Are you ready to:
Shift toward learner-driven practices.
Develop innovative learning environments.
Collaborate with other educators on best practices.
Commit to student agency as a key pillar of educational transformation.
