By the end of the three-day training, educators will feel empowered with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to create inclusive and supportive learning environments where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

After the training, participants will receive 4 half-days of individualized classroom coaching to occur during the 2024-25 school year. Participants will also have membership to the SPARK cohort for the school year; this includes access to online resources, support as well as quarterly networking meetings.
