HCESC places 3rd in large business sector!
HCESC has once again placed in the top 3 of Cincinnati area workplaces in the large business sector. The Enquirer partners with Philadelphia-based Energage to rank the Cincinnati region’s Top Workplaces. The process is based on a survey of employees who rate their workplace culture while giving a company insights about what makes them unique.
1,133 employers in the region were invited to have their employees take the survey. Any organization was eligible to participate, provided it had at least 50 employees in the region. Employers may be public, private, nonprofit, or governmental. There is no cost to enter the Top Workplaces program.
For this year’s winners list, a record 130 Cincinnati area employers were ranked based on their employee survey feedback. “Top Workplaces” awards are based solely on employee feedback captured with a single yearly engagement survey administered and analyzed by Energage. Employers are categorized by size, and they are ranked within those size groups, to accurately compare results. Energage also determines special award winners based on standout scores on specific survey topics.
