A DOUBLE HELPING: Serving Dual Language Learners – 6/4/2018

Participants will:

  • Identify common patterns and influential key factors of dual language development.
  • Apply understanding of patterns and key factors of dual language development and evidence-based strategies to distinguish between “language difference” and “language disorder.”
  • Learn how to dynamically apply and individualize evidence-based “best practices” to utilize the unique strengths of dual language learners and effectively support them.
