State Support Team Region 13 (SST 13)

Hamilton County ESC serves as the fiscal agent for State Support Team Region 13. The Region 13 State Support Teams is responsible for the regional delivery of school improvement, literacy, special education compliance, and early learning and school readiness services to districts using the Tri-Tier Model, a differentiated technical assistance structure of support based upon need. 
The Region 13 SST works closely with area educational service centers and other partners to provide services to districts throughout Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren counties.

The team works through the Office for Exceptional Children, Office of Literacy, Office of Early Learning and School Readiness and the Office of Field Relations by providing technical assistance and professional development.  The SSTs include staff and services formerly provided by the Special Education Regional Resource Centers (SERRCs) and the Regional School Improvement Teams (RSITs).
