  • Aspiring Leaders Academy
    This year-long professional development program is designed for professionals considering the field of educational administration or teacher leadership. The program explores a wide variety of leadership topics, provides on-site experiences as well as opportunities to engage in dialogue with successful practitioners.

  • Breaking Ranks in the Middle (BRIM)
    This professional development series is designed to enhance your success as a middle level leader as you engage in systemic reform to improve student performance through the recommendations in Breaking Ranks in the Middle: Strategies for Leading Middle Level Reform.

  • Leadership Academy
    Utilizing the research around the work of the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC), this service offers a curriculum that thoroughly explores and develops the skills necessary for effective school leadership. The six ISLLC standards have been adopted by most states as appropriate for obtaining administrative licensure.

  • Leading at the Speed of Trust
    Stephen M.R. Covey calls trust the "one thing that changes everything." Leading at the Speed of Trust is a one-day learning experience that teaches educators pragmatic, practical, and actionable skills they can implement to develop and enhance trust. This highly interactive workshop engages educational leaders in the real work of identifying and closing the trust gaps that exist in many schools and districts. Instead of continuing to pay the outrageous trust tax, they can begin to realize the great benefits of a trust dividend both personally and organizationally. The increase in trust will impact organizational performance which will have a direct impact on student achievement!

  • Leading Differentiated Instruction: A Series for Building Administrators
    This three-day session will present administrators with an overview of the concept of differentiation and the strategies that can be employed for implementation. The sessions will show administrators what a differentiated classroom looks like and provide guidance on the use of a classroom observation instrument.

  • Principal Alternate Licensure
    This dynamic, research-based program will enable administrators who hold an alternative license the opportunity to complete the requirement for a two-year provisional license. This program was developed in partnership with the Ohio Department of Education, the University of Cincinnati and Bowling Green State University. Programs are available for those currently holding a B.S., B.A. or MA. degrees.

  • Principal Assessment Center
    The Principal Assessment Center is a diagnostic tool for determining the presence and strength of leadership skills in current and prospective school principals. Participants engage in a one-day integrated system of realistic, school-based simulations designed to generate behaviors similar to those required for success in K-12 principal positions.

  • 21st Century School Administrators Program
    This two and a half day engaged learning simulation is designed to assist aspiring, first-year and experienced school administrators to develop eight fundamental skill dimensions: Setting Leadership Direction, Teamwork, Sensitivity, Judgment, Results Orientation, Organizational Ability, Oral Communication, and Written Communication. The program is aligned with ISLLC and Ohio Principal Standards.

MENTORING ENTRY-YEAR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS
The Mentoring Program is designed to offer leadership development, support, and resources to beginning assistant principals and principals. Discussions will cover specific leadership and management issues that confront a new administrator. Administrators will meet individually with the mentor and as a group periodically throughout the year. Portfolio development assistance will be provided.
