Pathways to Employment is a regional tuitional program designed to meet the individual needs of students with disabilities, who have met their high school credits and, are in the process of transitioning from school to the community and employment.

The focus of the program is for students to become as independent as possible in their life skills (i.e. time and money management, budgeting, cooking, safety, metro training, etc…) and work skills. The goal of the program is to provide each student with the skills necessary to live and work as independently as possible in their community. At the conclusion of the program, which can vary in length (1-3 years), Pathways students will be assisted in either gaining employment in the community where the student resides, or moving on to additional vocational training.
