Title III Consortium/English Language Learners

The Title III Consortium is mandated under Title III of No Child Left Behind. Districts receiving under $10,000 of identified Limited English Proficient students must work through a consortium to access funding. Districts over the designated amount may also choose to electively participate in the consortium to access supports. Districts who belong to the consortium may utilize a library designed for English Language Learners, participate in professional development events and receive technical assistance around best instructional practice, assessment, compliance and system's level consultation.
