Key Partners that represent broad, strategic organizational alliances that enable HCESC to increase the number and/or quality of services, contain costs, enhance opportunities, and diminish vulnerabilities.
Interagency Partnerships that represent specific working relationships with other community-based and regional agencies that, together with HCESC, work in harmony with one another to provide specific services for students, their families, and their schools.

HCESC also builds strong working relationships with numerous other organizations and associations in the educational and service communities.
HCESC has identified organizations with which it has aligned missions and common directions. These Affiliated Organizations complement the services provided by HCESC.
