WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
This workshop is designed to train teachers to engage in conversation about student performance data (formative, short cycle, summative) and how teaching practices impact learning. Teacher based teams (TBT) will determine how to provide targeted learning opportunities for students above, at, or below state expectations. The TBT's will be using the Ohio 5-Step Process to improve student learning.
PAYMENT POLICY:
You may complete your registration, however, payment in the form of a check, a copy of the Purchase Order or the Purchase Order #, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), must be received prior to the Event.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to the scheduled Event may be subject to processing and Event fees. No-Shows will be charged for the full amount of the Event. If you need to make a change to your registration or cancel, call Registration at 513-674-4259.
AVIALABLE CREDIT:
Contact Hours: 14 (Participant must attend both August 16th and August 17th to receive contact hours.)
Credit: 1 Semester Hour of credit from Ashland University. (Participant must attend both August 16th and August 17th to receive 1 Semester Hour of credit from Ashland University.) Payment of $157.00 to Ashland University is payable at the beginning of the workshop on August 16th.
