Our education services and programs, delivered through a staff of 900+ experienced and talented professionals, meet the changing needs of educational entities, non-profits, and other government agencies. We design programs, offer services, and provide support in the areas of special education, curriculum, standards, leadership, assessment, data analysis, instruction, and educational technology. Our business operations related services include graphic design and digital printing, technology administration, insurance consortia, personnel and financial services, and a unified purchasing cooperative.

HCESC Governing Board

Hamilton County Educational Service Center (ESC) is a not-for-profit government entity that supports schools, non-profits, and other government agencies. The ESC is a local political subdivision considered a school district under state law and governed by a publicly-elected board of education. Day-to-day operations are conducted through the ESC superintendent, treasurer, and other administrators.
